Horrible experience

I have been with fedelity ADT for a few years now the service is horrible to say the least. Every year for me to gt service i must write a review either on Facebook or hellopeter. In 2022 i had to deal with a rude unprofessional mananger. In 2023/2024 not getting services when i need to know how much i need to pay for the following year. In 2025 a rude finance manager and *********** technical staff that do not attend to my complaints. In 2026 yet again the same story. Beginning on February 2026 my alarm had a problem which resulted in asking the midrand brach to request the technician team to call. They never did, and its now april. However the finance department without fail will call and demand money. I have been also observing the lack of visibility of your guards in my area. Feb 2025 someone came and vidalize my house. 2026 feb gate motor and bracket ******. April 2026 yet again, lights mounted on the wall ******. These ppl are aware of the lack of visibility on my area as a result am being targeted.
