Horrible armed response service

We had a guy banging on our front gate and pressed our panic as he just wouldn't go away.

The team called us I requested for a call out, 5 mins later the guy was back drugged up and banging on my gate woke my entire family up and they were now to afraid to sleep.

I called in to the Jhb call Centre in which they told me the car had recorded that they have come to my property and made contact with me. In which they said dispatch will be in contact with me.

I have been standing at my window watching my gate as I wasnt sure what this guy was capable of.

There was no car, I called the local police,as at this point my faith in ADT is slim to none. I pay a premium every month to avoid the stress of safety for my family and they have just proved to me in my very first use that they are unreliable.

Definitely would like to cancel my contract with them.

Their sales people will sell you dream for ****py service.

If the guy decided to enter my property alot would've went wrong its been almost 45 mins now and still no contact from the dispatch team.

Finally @23h00 we get a call from the office to say the reaction unit is at the gate and Koketso rudely requested that I go outside. I explained to her that I need to deactivate the alarm and check if someone is outside because when they advised that someone was outside there was nobody.

Went outside only to be told that a lot of alarms went off tonight and that could be the reason why they didn't assist us in time.... Really only one reaction unit. This is a pathetic excuse.

ADT you suck we are not safer in your hands.
