Hopeless and clueless Fidelity staff!
Account statements require .pdf to open, yet the document extension is .emc for a striata reader. Encrypted so it needs a password. They send statements that cannot be opened. Pathetic is not the right word for these people...
This is not the first time either!

11 Jan 2019, 21:14Since this afternoon I spoke to customer care that called me. I asked for the .emc password to be sent to me or have it sent as Pdf as it is purported to be in their own email. They sent me 3 emails with the same .emc documnt attached still no password or Pdf attachment this afternoon. Daft, deliberate? Whatever, it stays pathetic!
