Harassed and sworn at by a security guard on duty.

Good day<br> <br> I've just had an incident with one of your security staff at Cambridge food store in Newtown, Patrick Ngoveni. I was exiting the store after I bought a few items, where I handed the sucurity guard my till slip as usual. He then pulled me by the hand and told me to stand in front of him, I retaliated and told him to address me professionally he then decided to use vulgar and told me to \voetsek".<br> <br> I'm greatly dismayed at the tone and behaviour of your staff. I reported to the store manager who then called the security supervisor to assist me. The supervisor being Zoliswa was not helpful at all as she told me that there isn't much that she can do but she'll ask the guard to apologise.<br> <br> I am displeased at how matters are handled in that store. And I am more than willing to escalate this matter as I cannot have unprofessional and bad conduct amongst staff members towards customers.
