Good morning I would like to lay a complain on fedelity security complain I've got a accident in January worry we're by one of your car bumped in the back of my car and submited to claim even the third party claim the oddet they said they deal with a claim that is under R25 000 my amount was more than that so they referred me to their insurance that deals with the third part claim and when I call them they say they don't know anything about that.
