Go or stay with us, dont really care

I've been seeing security companies campaigning in and around my area and thought i could explore options but needed to check when my contract was ending before I do. I called in to confirm when my contract was up, spoke to a Nhlanhla, when she cant give me the relevant information, she just refered to the contract that i was given that states the month to month after the contract ends, i get that but where is the call like i get numerous calls prior signing up but when the contract has ended, ADT just lays quiet, no courtesy call to query if I would want to just continue on a month to month, cancel or renew, I feel that there is only care and customer satisfaction prior and once signed up and then dead. The consultant I was speaking to advised that there would be a call at the end of expiry month, I wanted to hold her to the information she provided, asked for her name and thats where she wanted to be smart and silly with me, she knows my contract had ended and then be silly, whats saying, maybe I should stay with ADT if this is the **** service I receive after 24 months this is how ADT retains customers...................
