A reminder could have been appreciated before handing my account over. At least wait for me to receive my salary. At least wait for the 30th of November 2023. Give me 30 days at least.
You failed to do me right when I was a loyal paying customer who never missed a single monthly payment and you continue to treat me like ******* while I’m in the process of departure.
You guys were debiting extra on my account for months without my consent. I would like to formally request a refund for all the additional costs added to my profile without my consent.
