Furious Customer

I'm very disappointed with the service I receive at the Heidelberg Gauteng branch. My alarm went off on Monday morning (24 July 2023), I didn't receive a call to confirm if everything is in order 🤔 The WhatsApp group they're running, it seems it's only attended for a "certain group" of people. If I ask for assistance, like I did once in February, I was asked who I am???? The peraon went to check first if I was a customer. Will I be on a WhatsApp group if I wasn't a client. When she saw that I was a client, she responded rudely and then she had the nerve to delete my messages and her response?? Please tell me if your service is only meant for white customers, in order for me to STOP waisting my money.
