Frustration with Fidelity Secure Drive

I installed 3 Secure Drive devices on my cars. For the 3rd car the device seems not to be installed or not operational. I cannot pick it up on the App. I've been trying to call the call centre number for days and no one picks up. I also need the certificates for insurance.
