Frustrated and angry

I got my tracker device last year December and i have been trying to contact them ever since and i cannot get hold of them and i need my certificate so i can send to my Insurance but i haven't been able to get hold of them. i don't have email and the phone numbers they gave me its never answered i can hold for an hour and it will just ring, they didn't even provide emergency phone numbers.
