Fidelity tracker device that's draining my car battery

The fidelity drive service providers installed a tracker in my car that's draining my battery which I reported to the company in 2021 few days after they installed it requesting them to send technician to remove the tracker,nobody came. Had to buy new battery for my car .Now in 2025 my car still getting stuck randomly which is most inviniencing and dangerous for me to be asking for help from strangers whenever I get stuck. I went to report this issue of this tracker device that's damaging my car again last week Friday at the fedility Roodepoort offices I was told that they will send a technician the following day to come remove the tracker device. I am still waiting for this technician that neve cane through
