This is the most infuriating company. Me and my sister requested that her existing contract be transferred into my name. They advised us that this can be be done. Few months down the line they advise us that there are two contracts, instead of transferring the existing contract a new one was opened. Resulting that me and my sister have one service but must pay two contracts. Eventually when they do cancel the one contract they have the audacity to expect us to pay the arrears. HAD YOU EXECUTED OUR INSTRUCTION PROPERLY THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY ARREARS

21 Dec 2021, 16:00Then i just had to the displeasure of having to deal with Antoinette Simmers from accounts the most unprofessional individual. Kept on speaking over me trying to demand that i do a payment arrangement. When i would not agree she drops the phone in my ear. What a disgrace. Bullying tactics doesn't not belong in a corporate environment lady.

It is so wrong ADT IS EXPLOITING OUR FEAR AND NEED FOR PROTECTION FOR PROFIT. Come on people let us not just take this from them, a lot of you are saying you will take this further. Let it not just stay words let's bring this company to book. CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT IF YOU HAVE TO.
