Fidelity Service Group

For 2 months we are struggling to get a response and support from ADT Fidelity Account department - Sure there is no Accounts department. When you phone them on *** they just transfer you to their collection department - every time you talk to someone else. Nobody takes ownership or reply to your email or phone you back. Our payment is not allocated and then they keep on harassing you for the payments although we have the proof of payment that it's been paid. We emailed the proof to ***; ***; ***; *** and so it goes on and on for months without any reply's. When I phoned the lady said as long as you pay don't worry about it......
