Fidelity security useless services

I recently resigned from fidelity security services on the 26th of March 2018. I completed a pension fund withdrawal form and handed it in on the 27th of march. Yesterday the 25th of April I contacted Alexander Forbes to enquire about the progress/status of my withdrawal and was informed that they never received the withdrawal for from fidelity HR department. I then called the HR department and was told they never received the forms and that I should contact the person I handed the forms to. I then contacted martie to find out why my forms had not been submitted and was informed by martie that she did in fact submit the withdrawal forms to fidelity hr Antinita Roberts's. I then contacted fidelity Hr yet again, just to be told that the forms would be submitted today the 26th of April. I'm truly disgusted by the manner in which the matter is being handled. I have school fees and debts to pay and was relying on the payout of my pension fund. Fidelity was the worst company I've ever worked for And this is proof of how bad the company opperates and provides the same useless services to their clients. I would advise that fidelity security services clients change to a more professional security company.
