Fidelity Security Training college disgrace

I would never again recommend Fidelity Security Services training college to anyone. Our learner was sent to them to do his Grades. He wrote his first exam on the 19th June 2019 and he was told that within 3 working days he will get his results. After many calls and complaints he finally got his results on the 8th July 2019. When we asked for a refund for the 3 other courses that he is enrolled for, they just shrug their shoulders and say that they can't refund us for them. Their no-care attitude is really saddening to see.
