Fidelity Security Services - Worst Service Provider In The Whole Planet!!!!

This company offer the worst service ever! Two months back I signed with them over the phone and they came to install my tracker and panic button. I have been asking for my contract which I haven't received to this day. I haven't received my certificate too. I have been pressing the panic button and have never been contacted regarding that. They have a nerve to call and demand premiums???? I am so disgusted!!!!
