Fidelity Security services shirks their responsibility!

On 28 July 2023 a Fidelity Van side swiped my husband on and smashed our right side mirror. My husband obtained all details of the van & driver took photographs quote for replacement R10 000.00 etc. and submitted a claim to FSS. We have been pushed from pillar to post no one answers you and they are STILL investigating more that TWO months later! the do not answer follow up e-mails and also the phones are not answered. this is ridiculous! a R10 000 claim and they cannot settle this and move on?? for us its a inconvenience and a lot of money????
