Fidelity Security Services - Forced /******ed Client

I need assistance from anyone. I cancelled my ADT armed response in August 2024, as contract ended 01 October 2024. Was in contact with JHB branch Manager Gary Phol ***) . I then changed the banking details with their contact center, which never happened. We agreed on cancellation, but I never received the letter, as he did not want to loose me as a Customer. ADT is never visible in my area or street, I have last seen them 1 year ago, hence my cancellation request. To my surprise I received a bill I owe them from 01 October 2024???. Every month they debit the wrong account, and I have to pay the reversal fees. Went to the bank and they cannot pick up the debit order to cancel it, as they are also trying to figure out, how my account is being *******ly debited by ADT. Ihave not signed a new agreement or agreed to continuation of their servicesI have informed Mr. Phol about this, but he is ignoring my calls and drops the phone when I call him. ADT finance department is aware of the issues as they have been useless to try and fix it as they all play dumb every time I phone. Boitumelo and Charles has the cancellation letter with them and I'm confused why I cannot get their confirmation of cancellation and they debiting me every month. I called their call center and Thulani advised that I have agreed to pay a lesser fee per month for Armed response and not current fee of R650.0.00 as per my agreement with Mr. Phol, wait what?? I confronted Mr. Phol and he advised he THOUGHT I would stay on as a customer, with reduced fees why? I asked him for proof that ADT is patrolling in my street, still waiting on it? I feel I'm being forced and ******ed by ADT, and Mr. Phol is delaying to send my cancellation letter and billing me for nothing? Mr. Phol keeps sending me messages and asking how ADT JHB can keep me as a Client? I don't want their services, and I'm not getting anywhere. Please can anyone at ADT that takes their business serous contact me.
