Fidelity Security Services damaged my car

In December 2023 my bakkie was involved in an accident with fidelity security services driver whom was at fault. Police took AR at the scene because they were witnessed the accident while it happened they took a statement that also proved tgat the fidelity driver was at fault. In January fidelity legal based in Roodepoort asked me to send documents and pictures of the bakkie I did then in February an assessor was sent to take car pics and he wrote a report. I started to followup with fidelity in March then I was told to followup with Paladin insurance and PWV Incorporate I did then I was told that my claim in being processed and it awaits approval since March to day no one from tells me what's holding them to approve the claim. I have enquired lots of uneccessary costs now trying to fix this matter its getting out of hand now the car is sitting in my garage not functioning and it's the only car my family struggles big time.
