Fidelity Security Service Is ***********, Bad Service

Fidelity is a company that is given the tender to safeguard the residence in my estate (Waterfall View Estate). Their service is dismal and appalling. If you plan to buy a house in the estate, think twice, the place is a jungle, neglected by the management company.

In January 2025, ****s broke into my house while I was sleeping, they invaded our privacy, they stole valuables. I woken up by someone next to my bed, I woke up confused and shocked, the ****s threatened to shoot us. We went through the most traumatic phase of our lives; my family is still going through PTSD. The ****s took their time as there was no one patrolling, on the day of the incident. Time was not the only thing the ****s took from us, they took away our dignity, our privacy, our trust to the complex management.

Fidelity security personnel were sleeping at the entrance, no foot patrollers, no security vehicle and no patrol dogs, we pay for all this services, but we are taken for granted. There were numerous incidents that happened prior to mine (2 happened in the same night as mine, few more happened few weeks prior to mine) but still not proactive enough. The previous incidents were ignored by the body corporate, Waterfall Management Company (the people who are supposed to care for us, they only care about the 99 year lease and payment of rates I guess).

Those ****s stole my phones, laptops, and other valuables. Calling the security weak is an understatement, they are nonexistent, they only care about giving fines to people who play loud music. As shocked and confused as I was that night, I had to chase those ****s around the complex, no security personnel in sight!!These people are supposed to prevent crime in the estate - Failed dismally!, protect our assets - Failed dismally, ensure safety of the residence: Failed dismally and control our privacy: Failed dismally!!

For some reason, Elgaru (the body corporate) and Waterfall Management Company (WMC) are still mandating these people with our safety, they are all complicit, content with this level of incompetence, they don’t care about us!

Not even one person from Fidelity came to apologize for trauma and anxiety caused by their incompetency.

They only told me about putting stringent measures, after the ordeal, just reactive!

Fidelity is not the right security company you should trust, they are ***********, lazy, arrogant and they don’t take any accountability. Waterfall View is not the right estate you should invest your money in, wasted investment.
