Fidelity security pay out my claim !!! its 3 months already

Fidelity security is a **** !!! One of their drivers bumped my parked car , and when I wanted to call the police they stated that I shouldn't and they would pay from their own pockets as it was their fault , luckily I did call the police . He then **** and said it was my fault . luckily witnesses and the cameras were there . I then submitted a claim from their insurance . it has been three months and I get the run around . I have tried to contact them and they still do not respond . The company doesn't want to take ownership and the drivers with the money inside are ***** . I spoke to lady from their insurer Lynn Dutoit ( Paladin) who said I need to wait for them to complete or claim from my insurance . why should I claim from my insurance when fidelity hit my car and also wanted to disobey the law . **** **** ****
