Fidelity security needs training

I was at Fourways Mall today as a contractor to clean windows, I've worked there before but never had to sign in, today as we were putting down becons a very rude security officer called Mpho came up to us without greeting and told us not to do anything until we signed in. I have no problem with this as there is a procedure for contractors to make sure that the rules are followed and that it's legit. I asked her where I needed to go and was told centre management, I then asked for directions, she started walking at a snails pace clearly trying to show who was in control, I then asked her rather to point me in the right direction and was told just go straight, someone will help you. I went straight looking for a sign for centre management, I landed up in a parking lot. To cut a long story short you don't need to go to centre management you need the security offices( which is totally unmarked) there I was eventually helped, given my wrist band and could go work. We start early so as to get the work done before trading hours, I was pushed from pillar to post for over 40 minutes before I could start work. I don't want Mpho disciplined I want her trained, if she and others are to uphold the process then let them be trained on how to deal with contractors without the attitude and unhelpful manner.
