Fidelity security is unreliable
In November 2022 we agreed that I will be paying a R535 monthly premium from December 2022. December came and they charged me R692. I complained and Kim Rass said that at the end of January 2023, they will deduct R692 from my account and refund me R157 x 2 equivalent to December and January premium difference. In January 692 debited and no refunds.
I have just received a statement saying by end of February I will be paying R589. When I phoned them earlier this week, they promised to come back to me and never did. I sent an email to *** to ask them to fix this mess and they never bothered to respond.
As a long serving client I feel highly betrayed by Fidelity ADT security and have lost faith in them.
