Fidelity security guard #Assault #Abuse of power

My husband and I run a school transport business specialising in small primary school and nursery school kids. When one of my drivers was trying to drop off a child at one of the estates he was assaulted by one of the fedelity security guards, in full view of the small kids who are now traumatised by the incident. The security guard even went as far as following him as he was trying to avoid the confrontation and dragging him by his clothes. Is this the training and mandate given to them by Fidelity? And the so called "managers" are trying to cover up the incident and refusing to give me the name of this security guard and basically told us that we can do what we want and they will do what they want. This is someone who is meant to guard and look after people but feels that he has the power to just go around hitting people for no reason at all? I am still waiting for someone to contact me and let me know how this situation is going to be dealt with. Fidelity is supposed to be the iggest and "most reputable" organisation in South Africa, especially after the merger with ADT. Is this the reason their employees feel and believe that they can bully other people? I am sickened to my stomach by this incident.
