Fidelity Security Group is *****ed and Cruel

I am so disappointed with Fidelity Security Group I was hit by the security bakkie on the road from the back in Pretoria in February 2019 I have been writing emails and phoning them specifically their claims dept Naki Kamuanga, Motor Claims: Third Party Direct: ***, *** to no finality, back and forth until when Naki from Fidelity suggest that I should ask my lawyer to write Fidelity a letter of demand. To this day I have not received any cooperation from Fidelity. They don’t dispute but they are not processing the claim, they received all the photos and information. I wonder why! Fidelity Security Group does not deserve to be protecting community and companies if this is how they react when their guards get involve in an accident, I feel very disempowered as a woman. Fidelity really is disappointing Every company out there using them should give them a boot and not renew their contract.
