Fidelity Security Group - A Law Unto Themselves

I have tried contacting Tanya Zeelie 4 times in the last 2 days. Tanya is the PA to Wahl Bartmann who is the CEO of Fidelity Services Group South Africa. The purpose of my contacting Tanya was to discuss an ongoing issue I've had with Fidelity Security for the past 2 years. We have previously spoken on Christmas day last year (2019), that's how serious the issue is. This time though, Tanya has ignored my attempts to contact her so I'm left with no option but to start alerting media. At this stage I won't go into details of the ongoing issue so as to afford Tanya one last chance to get hold of me and to hopefully resolve this issue.
