Fidelity security car bad driving

This morning at 0605am I had a fidelity security guard crossing my intersection where I had the right of way on the intersection of Peter Wenning and 5th Road Roosevelt Park.The registration of the car was DV11FX GP.The car was a white Chevrolet Bakkie. I nearly crashed into him in my classic white Mercedes. He was driving casually and there were no emergency lights on If the driver does not get reprimanded I will forward the cctv neighbourhood footage to the Greymont Northcliff times.
