Fidelity Security at Menlyn Mall are spectators

So today me and my girlfriend decide to go shopping at menlyn as we usually do and we were there the day before as well. As we leaving through the new entrance at Ocean Basket, 2 bravo males were walking close and following us. As we stop to check what they doing, They were actually pick pocketing my partners bag and had opened it already. So we decide to approach them because we both knew the bag was closed all along. They became violent with us and even threatened to hit my wife but I jumped in and calmed her down because there was 3rd guy in the gateway car ready to leave and we do not know if they were carrying weapons. Thereafter the security comes to see what's happening and he just stands. I tell him these guys tried to rob my wife and then he doesn't believe us or try to neutralize the situation. This guys actually threw a performance and decided to speed away. 2 seconds later another shopper comes running and thereafter the bouncer at hardrock cafe comes running looking for these guy because they ****** others as well. Once we were 3 guys all looking for the same suspects we decide to run after the car to stop these guys, they did not eve have a parking ticket to leave and they drove behind another car which pulled out. The security didn't even have emergency measures to stop the boom gates from opening or call back up.

This issue is very unacceptable and this matter isn't over.
