Fidelity Security

I had the Amber Tracker installed in my car in mid December. Since installation it hasn't worked. either the siren keeps going off, or they say now that the battery is dead. It is impossible to get hold of them at all, and to speak to a supervisor. The most shocking service ever!!!!! They don't call back and now have threatened that if I break the contract I need to pay R1000.00. I was NEVER told this ,ever!!! The guy who did the installation said I had a month free trial, and could decide if I wanted it. I do not want this faulty product. I want it taken out. For anyone looking for a tracker device take my advice and not to use Fidelity Security!!!! it has but nothing but hell trying to get hold of them for assistance. I have left messages , but no responses yet. I haven't seen a contract, let alone signed one. if their calls are recorded they can see how many I have made to rectify the situation.
