Fidelity Security

Good day.I resigned at Fidelity Security George branch with 24 hour notice.I am busy with a CCMA case in this regard.One of the reasons I left the company were because I refused to work with my private vehicle whithout receiving a vehicle allowance or travelling allowance.The manager told me that this allowance were included in my salary package.However this package were much less than the min salary for the job title.I did request running cost from the AA for my vehicle.Exluding fuel the fix rate are R4.15 per kilo for my private vehicle.Fuel already deducted on this R4.15.I do have a certificate from the AA with all details off private vehicle.The area I had to cover were from George to Riversdal.All clients are supposed to be visit once a week according to job description.Also a certain Client that need daily attension.(110km return trip)According to manager on duty roster that leave me with more an less a 26 working days per month multiply by an average of 150 km per day at R4.15 equels R16185.00.This kilos were worked out on a min average rate and the R4.15 a fix rate from the AA.Deducting my salary and I were supposed to work at a minus of at least R7500.I personnaly do not think that this is fair labour practice.The other issues will be handled at the CCMA.
