Fidelity secure drive technician no show

Disappointed with the service I got from Fidelity Secure drive. I app**** for a tracking device to be installed in my vehicle and had to take a day off so I could wait for the technician to come install on the set time and date. To this day the technician hasn’t come and no one from Fidelity has contacted me to explain what is going on. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise that I don’t have a Fidelity tracking device in my vehicle because your service is just pathetic...
