Fidelity Secure Drive ********. IM NOT YOUR CLIENT, STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!
Fidelity is the worst company to deal with. They never respond to frastrated clients on their secure drive product.
I think what's worse is that they debiting my account and IM NOT EVEN A CLIENT. Sent countless emails to Thabang Phiri but no response. He ccd his seniors in the initial email but they just ignoring my plea for help. Terry Pieterse, Peter Motala, JP Schroeder. I believe these are managers but they just ignoring this matter why my accounts is debited every month. Bunch of ********, stay away

Also please refun me all amounts for March and April ASAP. And your account employee Thabo Phiri never responds. You also hire people who are ***********. Worse company to deal with!!

20 Jul 2021, 15:33WHY WHY WHY!! Im still waiting for me debit orders to be reversed!! I was called and promised that my account has been closed and they will reverse my funds within 3 days. But Again its an empty promise. I need this sorted out ASAP before another debit order runs off my account.
