Fidelity secure drive bad service

My car is fitted with Fidelity secure drive tracking unit. Today my car couldn't start but showing that it's idling on on Amber app. Also showing that it's not updating. I have been calling them and no one is willing to help. I didn't go to work because the car won't start. Technicall manager is not getting back to me.
