FIDELITY SECURE DRIVE

Hi Pieter , im not happy customer at all, I've joined tracker with Fidelity: Secure drive company, I got stucked twice this year , but they've never called to ask why im I stucked or rather I'm I aware that my car is a certain area at a certain time, When I took the initiative to call them they told me that according to their records my car is in Chloorkpo Tembisa Gauteng, and if I want them to come and assist me they will charge me by kilometers from Gauteng to Limpopo. When I joined the tracker they told me that whenever im stucked they will come and assist me at no giving cost.
