Fidelity secure drive
Hi. Since having a tracker installed in my car from this company. My dashboard is jumping all over the place. I can't see temperature or fuel or nothing. It comes and go constantly. This is a fire hazard as is. I have been asking for over 2 weeks to have it fixed and they seem to ignore my request. I'm sure they waiting for my car to start burning in the road 1st. I'm at that point of not wanting it in the car anymore. If I don't get anything from them end this week. I will get a auto Electrian to remove it and they must cover the costs. This is bull. And who will take responsibility if people get hurt in a fire? I rate them miles under 0. Don't even deserve a rating

Thank you for the response.
Please understand my frustration. I was told twice previously that this has been escalated and that was more than a week ago. I'm spending more on airtime calling to have the problem fixed than anything else. Thus far I have had no response at all from anyone. The tracker worked nice in my Polo, but what is really getting to me is the fact that I am being ignored about a real possible danger I'm reporting. And getting same answer. They going to get someone to call me to make a time to come fix it. Never happen and I wait for days like an idiot. Soon I need the car to go work. Then I have a real problem. They do have 2 contact numbers for me.
