Fidelity just does not understand when a alarm goes off at a farm , to phone and enquire if everything is ok, at the correct address

I am using Fidelity for about 6 years now, and they must be one of the most pathetic security company in the whole word. If they do not send you a wrong account, they duplicate the accounts, they are incapable to understand to send their guards to the correct address or the control room will phone and enquire if everything is ok, but does not understand the simplest of requests to state on which property and where on that property was possible break in The guards will knock at my door, with very poor instructions, This is bad, very bad, You pay a company for a service , with good money, but they cant do the job properly, and the scary part is, peoples lives are at stack
