My name is Siphenkosi.......I was involved in an accident on the 3 March 2019. A bakkie from fidelity bumped my car and it was written off since then I don't have a car, they wanted the case to be solved out of court and promised to pay for my car which I agreed on. but since then they have been asking for extension that i must wait 10 days after 10 days.
