Fidelity has sent me pillar to post and has not assisted me in my claim against them

On February around the 25th i was bumped into by a fidelity vehicle the small cars that they use, in and around Pretoria on my way back home. Its been 4 months going on to 5 and they have not tried to process or look into processing my claim. i have been sent pillar to post with emails available to confirm this. i have written letters of demand i have exhausted all means to get them to fix my vehicle which is stationary. The inconvenience and money i have used in my not having a vehicle is borderline inhuman especially in winter.

Fidelity group has failed in and even though it was an accident they have showed absolutely no remorse or thoughtfulness in resolving the matter.

I would not recommend them to anyone
