Fidelity does not deliver the service promised
ADT FIDELITY SECURITY FAILS TO DELIVER THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE THEY PROMISE TO CUSTOMERS BUT RECEIVE OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT ON TIME.I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT VEHICLES NOT BEING VISIBLE SINCE BEGINNING OF JUNE 2022 AND THE ADT TEAM JUST FEELS TO SHOVE ME ONE SIDE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.WE SHOULD NOT TOLERATE **** SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF WE AS CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR IT.I HAVE CALLED THEIR OFFICES BUT THEY IGNORED ME.

You rather blaming loadshedding .....please I haven't have loadshedding in forever so stop making excuses.
