Fidelity Cash Handling pathetic performance and poor management

I have had with Fidelty Cash Services and their poor service and empty promises. My cash machine has not been working properly and it takes forever to deposit money, one note at a time. Technical staff has been to site and "fixed" the machine just to have the same problems again, even later the same day. Yesterday the Technical Manager was on site and left with very little progress, but the promise that he now knows exactly what the problem is and that he will be back on site today. A technician came at 16:00 and at 18:00 said that he can not fix the machine and left. The service is under contract from ABSA and whose Relationship Manage4 I have kept informed of Fidelity in Bloemfontein and their management's poor performance and continuous empty promises.
