Fidelity car tracker - Bad company ever

I took fidelity services by taking their fidelity car tracker. This company is very bad and you will be hijacked and they will not assist you. Firstly i struggled to get Certificate of installation for my insurance, just imagine if something happened. There was a time i almost got hijacked and pressed panic button, only to realize that it is not working. they never called or responded nothing. the week ended. when you call their them yhoo the worse, those ladies working there literally refuse to assist and when you ask to atleast speak to the manager they also refuse to take your call through coming with excuses of unavailability all the time. they also refuse to give contacts where you can later call. i have never dealt with this kind incompetence. please whatever you do, don't lose your way to them. i took them because i thought they are a reputable company in security. take any bad car tracker beside Fidelity. i am shocked!!!
