Fidelity: behaving like bandits of the wild west
In the early hours of 4 April 2015, a Fidelity vehicle smashed into the back of my car which was clearly visible under a street light. I submitted a claim to their head office shortly there-after but to date they have evaded queries re the progress of my claim, do not respond to my e-mails, and are even slightly threatening when telephoned. According to Hellopeter evading third party claims is a pet project of Fidelity (another claimant has waited 3 months without a resolution). Generally complainants are fobbed off with the standard empty promise: \We serve to confirm receipt of your inquiry and have escalated such for urgent investigation and feedback"- they clearly don't care about customer service.

I checked out their website and was slightly amused at their slogan \""Keeping you safe"
Good day,
We serve to confirm receipt of your communication and have escalated such for urgent investigation and feedback.
