Fidelity and ****** Insurance

f these guys ever drive into your vehicle you will suffer from their head office in Johannesburg to Cape town, I was involved in a car accident which one of their drivers caused in lansdowne cape town on the 25.11.2025 until today the 09.02.2026 we still have no response from them or their insurance ****** who deals with their claims we have completed all the documents that was required from us and everytime you follow up you get responses of we still waiting on the clients and so ironically you have to call them to follow up they dont let you know anything of how far your claim is, what is so conventiently their Quantum taxi which drove into me was fixed the very next day in their workshop but my vehicle is still standing still unable to drive. They dont let you know anything I have to continuosly ask for feedback from fidelity and ****** Insurance,.I am at withsend with this claim I dont know how and who to contact anymore if anyone reading this can give me advise I will really appreciate it as I am self employed and need my car to go to jobs and because of there drivers negligence I am losing jobs and spending huge amounts of money on rentals to get me to the jobs.
