FIDELITY ADT WONT REPLACE MY BATTERY

I had they system installed at my house in June 2025. By September, I was already experiencing battery power failure. Meaning no backup during loadshedding.

Now I am told that I need to replace the battery at my own cost?! Everyone knows there is loadshedding in RSA. Why are you not using batteries that can withstand all these frequent power outs?
