Fidelity ADT technicians aren't competent
We've had an fault re-occurring every few weeks since the end of November. The technicians that come to 'fix' the problem either don't know what they are doing, or they don't check the work is done properly. Fortunately, they haven't charged us for the repeat call-outs, now on the 4th time
