I have to resort to this method of communication to try an resolve issues outstanding in respect of the accounts dept, not applying the correct fees. when you phone in. It seems that the people you speak to do not have any knowledge of how the accounts work and when you ask a question that they cannot answer, the line goes dead/cut of?? Can someone of higher management please contact me or make an appointment to come and see me?
