Fidelity-adt home security alarm is a ****, ******** me of my money for nothing. They claim to be providing a service and there’s absolutely no service. From their equipment faults which they don’t take any accountability for and nobody fixes, to beyond worse response time, maybe saps is even than this nonsense. To staff that lies including armed response staff that lies about going to premises and lies that they say to the call canter they spoke to me when I was not even around. Call centre staff that will not even tell you a proper complaints procedure. You’re just stuck in nothingness.
