FIDELITY ADT SECURITY A BIG ****!!

I'm so disappointed with ADT service ,On the 11/02/2024 while I was sleeping my alarm went went on at 03:45 am.I got terrified thinking someone broke in ,already inside my house

My phone rang as usually to press 1 or 2 ,I chose an option for security to come.Someone called to ask if everything was OK,and they sending security .I couldn't sleep after that,waiting for the guards to attend and not sure if someone was inside.I waited until 05:00 ,Noone came until it was time for me to wakeup and go to work.Fortunately it was a false alarm On the same day ,afternoon came from work before I deactivated the alarm it went on and on again.It took 1 hour for security to come.Today 20/02/2024 same thing happened when i came from work ,I think my security system might be faulty . My experience is very concerning and frustrating I still dont know what is the cause and noone is assisting me.What if this was not a false alarm .anything could have happened between the time periods I cant wait to cancel their contract .I am paying for nothing.ADT is now a ****! Its no longer the company they use to be.The Service sucks! Even when you call they put you from pillar to post .The staff is so incompetence,Noone knows what is happening
