Fidelity ADT requests I break traffic laws because that’s their rules.

This morning I experienced arrogance and frustration that I cannot fathom. Fidelity Security Group manager as he calls himself- Mr Benedict and team frustrated me and insisted I go down an oncoming road in peak hour. That’s the summary, this is the detail: it was Friday 12 October 2018, just before 7am - I was traveling on Olifantsfontein Road in Midrand with my 2 girls going to pick up my husband from the airport when my daughter became ill and started throwing up, so I turned into the next available road thinking I would go down to the estate there and make a uturn so that I could take my daughter back home. So this estate @SavanaHillsEstate has 2 booms for entry the 1st is before an open space where you can legally make a u-turn incase you needed (like most estates have), I pressed the intercom on the 1st boom expecting someone to answer so I could request him to move the golf cart blocking the open space to be moved so I could make a u- turn (a request I thought was acceptable to ask) there was no answer but the boom opened so I drove thro and explained to the guard who was there I please needed to make a u-turn and this is where the arrogance started - he told me I must go back the way I came in and insisted upon it and then walked off into their room and another guard there did the same. I put my car off and walked in to find out what am I to do - I find them turning there backs and snickering - really! Then Mr Arrogant aka Mr Benedict aka manager of everything comes in and takes it to another level - and that’s where this video comes in because at this point I just could not believe the level of respect and compassion I was receiving- I had my 2 girls in the car - one who was not well which I continued to bring to his attention but he could not be bothered- I asked him on numerous occasions to come and see my girls and see for himself - his remark was “I’m not a doctor” - Benedict I was not asking you to treat my child I was asking you to please move the vehicle so I could do the right thing and not endanger my children’s lives and others by driving in the oncoming lane. At first I was told no one has the key to the golf cart then he told me he has the key upstairs but I should has spoken better to him and maybe then he would have moved it. Fidelity ADT Fidelity Security Group your security guards are ridiculous to say the least and to think I worked for this company (ADT) at a managerial level and was proud of their work well at that point! The reason I said Mr Benedict was manager of everything was because he insisted there was no one else I could speak to get a hold of or anything not the estate nor the company he works for - and if I wanted details I can get it from the internet ?. Mr Benedict (who filmed me as well - because he could he says) you owe me and my girls an apology. They cannot create their own traffic laws without signage and insist people break the law and endanger lives - I have attached a video of #FidelitySecurity guards and one of my little one exhausted by this point having thrown up again on my Facebook page.
