Fidelity ADT refuse to cancel my contract - beware new applicants

I have been given notice from middle of January to cancel my debit order and moved to another company. Fidelity ADT stil debit mu account every month. I have send them all documentation to cancel and to the designated email address, but they refuse to cancel my debit order and contract. I am on a month to month contract with them from the beginning.
